Xpressdocs is looking for a creative, versatile Junior Content Creator to join our Content Team. You’ll develop dynamic visuals for video, digital ads, social media, emails, websites, presentations and more.
Bring your creative skills and hands-on experience in video production, including lighting, camera setup, and audio/video editing. If you love creating fresh, engaging content, visual storytelling, and user-focused enablement we want to meet you!
In This Position, You Will - Support marketing specialist’s initiatives for lead generation, retention, and product adoption by creating digital assets including display ads, social media content, video content, email graphics, web elements, and more.
- Hands-on production work such as setup filming equipment, perform lighting and audio tests, and record a variety of content.
- Clean up video footage and audio, including color correction/grading and removing background noise.
- Create compelling finished videos using a mix of media, effects, audio mixing, and sound design.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to conceptualize and executecreative ideas that align with brand strategy.
- Ensure all creative work adheres to brand guidelines, style, and tone.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Work independently and as part of a team.

- Stay current with design trends, tools, AI, and technology to continually improve visual storytelling.
- Are experienced in creating and repurposing assets for different audiences and channels.
- Are experienced in a marketing or agency environment.
- Have a good understanding of lead generation, retention marketing, and product marketing.
- Have HubSpot experience (preferred, but not required).
- Have skills in After Effects, motion graphics, or animation (preferred, but not required).
- Are comfortable being on camera and doing voice-over narration(advantageous).
- Have knowledge of web design principles (a plus).
Required Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design,Video Production,Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Audition).
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
- Strong video production and editing skills.
- Strong understanding of short form-video and social content design.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital ad platforms and social media specs.
- Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of multimedia work must be submitted to be considered.
